We at Spray Shop Architectural Ltd pride our selves on not only our quality but our ability to answer to your requirements. We have our own mixing scheme on the premises giving us the ability to match colours quickly and not have to order in large batches of paint saving you the customer time and expense. Our mixing system is a state of the art Lechler scheme that gives us access to some 25,000 colours at the touch of a button. This system has an extremely good life span on signage and cladding with a life expectancy of up to 10 years.

Paint coatings for plastic and GRP surfaces

Spray Shop Architectural offer the ability to colour UPVC Double Glazing by spraying upvc and painting pvcu in the Sussex and surrounding area. Whether you’re a Window Fabricator, Double glazing fitter, Architect, Builder or even a householder. We can offer you an almost infinite range of colours of your choosing. Sprayshop can transform UPVC windows, doors, gutters, cladding, panels and trims. We spray UPVC and can update that plain white look to match the rest of your project, Spray Shop Architectural also spray GRP, Aluminium, Powder Coated doors and frames. We only use Avkote LE Paint for direct application on to plastic, PVCu, fibre glass (GRP), ABS, plastic / fouled coated doors and profiles, carbon fibre, acrylic, powder coating, plastic sheeting/cladding, and Polypropylene. The paint is available in several finishes: solid colours, frosted, metallic, sparkles and chalk finish effects. Avkote LE is a 2K spray application which saves time and money as it requires no Primer and no baking off as it chemically cures with the substrate from only 8-10 degrees or above can be used after 24 hours, after…3-5 minutes: paint is tack free 10 minutes: paint is touch dry, at 20°C you can obtain a GTO cross hatch test after 4 Hours, the coating is 70% cured in one hour at 20°C-dry enough for handling.

Glass Spraying

Back painted glass is an increasingly popular aspect to interior design and refurbishment, often used to add a touch of class to modern kitchens, restaurants, hotels and offices. It creates extra light and is easy to clean and maintain. Spray Shop Architectural provides a custom glass spraying service from our fully equipped paintshop near Worthing in West Sussex. We can spray glass literally any colour to complement your design scheme, including metalics.

Back painted glass is most commonly used in kitchens and bathrooms as splash backs but can be used on other surfaces, such as countertops, cabinet door fronts and table tops. Have a look yourself- there are some wonderful examples out there, not just in homes but also hotels, restaurants and offices. Firstly, it’s an ideal material for a splash back – smooth and durable, it can catch all those splashes and stains that come with preparing food and is easy to clean. In addition, it is shiny and catches the light, giving the kitchen a light and attractive feel. What better way to rejuvenate your kitchen than by installing a painted glass splash back or to have an old one given a makeover with a fresh, vibrant colour? There are also many examples of coloured glass splash backs being used in bathrooms and showers – replacing traditional tiles and bringing an air of luxury to the room.

MDF Spraying

MDF is a substrate that is hard to finish well when not done correctly, rough edges and grain showing through the finish are common problems. The process takes time and patience. Surface preparation, priming and sealing are very important and should be carried out by professional spraying technicians in fully equipped workshops. Spray Shop Architectural also offer Veneer finishing, we can clear coat your veneered products in PU and lacquer finishes.
