We are capable of working to a variety of paint spec’s. We have inspection instruments necessary to comply with the paint specs. (dew point hygrometer, digital thermometers, chloride contamination test kit, potassium ferricyanide test kit, digital profile gauge, DFT instruments, holiday detector, hydraulic adhesion tester). |

These are stripped & shot blasted to remove any old paint & rust, masked to protect threads & bearing housings & finished in a high quality durable polyester powder coating.
We chemically stripped to remove old paint, shot blasted, rubbed down to remove any kerb marks and powder coated in a high quality polyester powder.
We can refurbish many car chassis’s. They are degreased, shot blasted to remove old paint, masked as necessary (threads etc), zinc phosphate primed and either polyester powder coated or a 2 pack finish to give a corrosion resistant & durable finish.
These are degreased & shot blasted to remove any old paint & rust, then powder coated or painted in a heat resistant paint.
These are stripped, shot blasted, zinc phosphate primed and either polyester powder coated or painted in a 2 pack finish, depending on size and colour choice.
Old radiators are stripped, shot blasted and either polyester powder coated or painted in a 2 pack finish, depending on colour choice. New radiators are either polyester powder coated or painted in a 2 pack finish, depending on colour choice.
